  • Adaptability: Accepting that change is the only constant fosters resilience allowing individuals to navigate transitions and embrace new opportunities
  • Contrasting Views: While Heraclitus viewed change as fundamental, other philosopher like Parmenides argued that change is an illusion and that true reality is unchanging
