Everything Must Change, Nothing Stays The Same ~Quincy Jones
Some believe change is a concept whereas we believe it is a reality....
It was Heraclitus of Ephesus who argued that all things are in perpetual flux, if so the key implications are:
- Universal Flux: Everything from natural seasons to personal growth is subject to continuous transformation; permanence is considered an illusion.
- Adaptability: Accepting that change is the only constant fosters resilience allowing individuals to navigate transitions and embrace new opportunities
- Contrasting Views: While Heraclitus viewed change as fundamental, other philosopher like Parmenides argued that change is an illusion and that true reality is unchanging
